We specialise in dynamic group reformer Pilates, expert instructors and a warm welcoming community.

NEW to Form Plus Pilates, and exclusively available in our Moonah studio we are releasing On Demand Classes, meaning you can come in outside of class hours and be led through online classes by expert instructors.
