We offer low impact high intensity workout based on traditional pilates principles. Helping to improve function and flow of everyday life. We want clients to have fun and enjoy the journey but expect to be challenged, expect to burn and expect to sweat.

We love mixing traditional Pilates methods and helping clients to get the right technique and form before we start to layer the intensity. Our vibrant instructors are sure to make our clients sweat, burn and smile along the way!  We strive to offer something for everyone of all ages, levels and abilities, whether you’re a seasoned pilates expert or a new mum getting back into exercise. Our highly qualified staff are here to help and guide you through your workout.

Meet Henny

Our studio owner Henny’s appreciation for Pilates started through physical therapy for lower back pain and management through out the rehabilitation for her 3 back surgeries. Henny is passionate about sharing the Pilates method for a holistic, low impact, yet effective exercise routine.

Henny isn’t a stranger to the health and fitness industry, from 2016 whilst living in Melbourne was working on health, fitness and wellness apps - Keep It Cleaner by Steph Claire Smith and Laura Henshaw, 28 by Sam Wood and TXO by Tiff Hall to name a few.

After spending almost 7 years in Melbourne Henny decided to make her way home to Tasmania, and started studying to be a Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor and started teaching at the beginning of 2022.
