Reformer Pilates Classes

Form + Technique - 50 mins

For those who are new to Pilates or getting back into movement after break. Your Form+ Technique class is designed to get you using the Pilates reformer bed like a pro. Our expert instructors will guide you through spring changes, moving the carriage and using the straps. This will help you gain your balance, rhythm and using your breath with the movements so you feel ready to move in a confident way. We will focus on technique and help you to gradually increase strength, mobility and stability helping you to feel centered, grounded and strong. This class is best for beginners.

Form + Technnique Plus - 50 mins

Looking for the next step up from Technique but not quite sure about jumping into an Athletic class yet? Then Technique Plus is for you, all the fundamental Pilates moves you know and love from our Technique classes but with more layers and more challenges with the aim to help you feel confident in an Athletic class.

 You might see the inclusions of more props or two props at once as well as the use of the jump board. We will always allow adequate rest time to help maximise your strength, starting and finishing with mindfulness and a good stretch. It's your Technique class plus just a bit extra. 

Form + Athletic - 5o mins

Form+ Athletic is for those who are ready to level up their reformer Pilates game! This class will give you a full body toning workout designed to challenge you and make you feel strong. You can expect a dynamic workout using weights and props that will lengthen and strengthen your body and raise your heart rate helping you to find your flow. Our instructors will bring the vibe with high energy playlists helping to motivate you through this dynamic class. We recommend completing a minimum of 6 Technique classes prior to booking into an athletic class due to the fast paced nature of class.

Form + Reformer Jump!

If you’re looking to get your sweat on, but also want to avoid the impact and stress of running or other forms of cardio – then our Reformer Jump! class is for you. We bring the music and vibes, you bring the sweat, this is a challenging class to help build cardio strength and endurance. If you want to get your heart rate up, work those legs to fatigue and get a full body endurance workout, this class is for you! *Not suitable for clients recovering from injuries or prenatal clients

Mini + Me - 5o mins

Think of this like you’re own little Pilates mum club. Our instructors who take our Mini + Me classes are mums, and they get it, they’ve been there, this is YOU time and we want to help support you getting back into an exercise routine you love! We get how hard it is to leave the house sometimes and we want you to feel welcome, safe and secure in this space. These classes are designed with new mamas and mamas to be in mind, we curate safe pilates exercises to help you regain your core strength and to help you safely and gently get back to exercise. Due to safety reasons, these classes are suitable for mamas with minis up to 6-8 months or until your bub is on the move. These classes are suitable for pre and post natal clients.

Mat Classes

Standard Mat Pilates - 45 mins

Think mat Pilates is easier than reformer? Boy do we have news for you! Our mat classes are programmed to tone, strengthen and stretch and are sure to get those post exercise endorphins going. Our standard mat Pilates classes are suitable for all fitness levels with our expert instructors helping to guide you through a fun pilates workout concentrating on fundamental Pilates moves using a mix of Pilates props. Suitable for beginners.

HIIT Mat Pilates - 45 mins

The workout designed to make you sweat! You’ll find your favourite mat Pilates moves but with a twist. A mix of strengthening high intensity full body exercises to help you build strength, tone and find that Pilates burn. This class is high energy but low impact so it’s easy on the joints but will still elevate the heart rate. We bring the vibe with great playlists, instructors and Pilates props that will guarantee a strong Pilates workout. Prior Pilates experience essential.

Form + Hot Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates, but not as you know it! Get ready to escape the cold of winter and sweat and burn. Our Mat room will be warmed up, helping you to increase your cardiovascular fitness while improving your overall strength. We move through a dynamic mat Pilates flow using all your favourite props bringing the burn, targeting and creating a full body workout.

The class is suitable for all levels, as modifications can be made to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities. The dynamic flow of the class keeps you moving and engaged, making it an enjoyable and effective way to work out.

We will finish this class with a yoga inspired stretch and breath work to help wind your muscles and mind down, restoring balance back to your body.

We recommend bringing a sweat towel and drink bottle, grip socks are compulsory. This class is not suitable for prenatal clients.

Yoga - 60 mins

Our signature yoga class incorporates movement and breath to help your ground and calm your mind. The aim of this class is for you to leave feeling energised and alive. We aim to provide a class that combines strength, stretch and flow to help increase your overall body mobility. This is a class for all abilities with our expert instructors able to provide alternative movements if needed.
